MUSIC IS A POWERFUL THING... it has the potential to move emotions, express convictions and unite millions of people across the world! We believe that music is an awesome gift from God. When we use our musical gifts to give glory to the Giver we start to tap into the even more awesome power of worship.
The ‘BEAT School of Music’ is a week-long program of hands-on training and formation in contemporary Catholic worship conducted by emmanuelworship. The goal of the School is to inspire, equip and raise up a new generation of worship leaders and musicians for the Church of the 21st century. By forming delegates with both the ‘heart and hands’ required for leading worship, our desire is that through the Contemporary Arts a river of fresh grace would flow into the Church and through it into the world.
Wondering what to do these summer holidays? Wonder no more! It’s my pleasure to invite you to gather with a fun bunch of other musicians and singers for 5 days at the first ever BEAT School Of Music.
For a long time I didn’t know my musical gifts had a place in the Church or were even welcome. When I discovered the gifts God had given me were not only welcome but could be powerful in building the kingdom, all I’ve wanted to do is turn around and tell other muso’s like me the same thing: ‘Your music has a place! Your instrument has a place, your voice has a place and God wants to work powerfully through you’.
Caught your attention? Don’t worry about how good you’re not – that’s the point of the week! Just check out the info & get online to register today. See you there!
